Self-guided orientation
Self-Guided Orientation is a go-at-your-own-pace online orientation accessible to all incoming students and available to revisit throughout the 2023-24 academic year.
Learn about the supports and services available to you as a student with this online orientation. It’s delivered using Brightspace—Sask Polytech’s online course system—where you’ll soon be logging into your courses.

Virtual orientation sessions
You’re encouraged to register for virtual orientation sessions below to help ease you into the ins and outs of our campuses from the comfort of your own home. This Zoom Q&A series familiarizes you with the departments essential to your studies. Each session covers different departments with designated speakers from each. Ask them anything, or simply sit back and listen. You are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible.

Join us for an activity-filled week as we gather at Sask Polytech. As you begin this adventure, you'll be welcomed with events to help you get connected, feel supported and foster a sense of belonging at Sask Polytech.

In the spirit of intercultural connection, students with self-declaration are encouraged to explore the following specialized orientations as well.
New International Student Welcome
This orientation is open to all new international students registered for Sask Polytech programs starting in the fall. Organized by Sask Polytech's international student advisors, it is designed to help student understand their study permit conditions and prepare for their new life in Canada.

Your program has specific information that will help you get started on your academic journey. Connect early to get ready for your program start date. Watch your Sask Polytech email or contact your program head to find out more about your program orientation.
