Join us for a series of orientation programming designed to help you learn about the many supports and services we have available to help you succeed in your studies and enhance your Sask Polytech experience.

Whether you prefer to explore at your own pace or dive right in, we’ve got you covered.  

Self-Guided Orientation is a go-at-your-own-pace online orientation accessible to all incoming students and available to revisit throughout the 2023-24 academic year.

Learn about the supports and services available to you as a student with this online orientation. It’s delivered using Brightspace—Sask Polytech’s online course system—where you’ll soon be logging into your courses.

You’re encouraged to register for virtual orientation sessions below to help ease you into the ins and outs of our campuses from the comfort of your own home. This Zoom Q&A series familiarizes you with the departments essential to your studies. Each session covers different departments with designated speakers from each. Ask them anything, or simply sit back and listen. You are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible.

Join the Fit and Rec team in January and take part in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities. One of the keys to improving our health is regular activity so come on out and try something new! Each campus will have a host of activities for your enjoyment.

We welcome you to a game of Toss Your Troubles and to learn (bite-sized) strategies to improve your wellness with the Counselling team.

Specialized orientations

In the spirit of intercultural connection, students with self-declaration are encouraged to explore the following specialized orientations as well.

This orientation is open to all new international students registered for Sask Polytech programs starting in the fall. Organized by Sask Polytech's international student advisors, it is designed to help student understand their study permit conditions and prepare for their new life in Canada.
