Get a head start on your learning journey by joining a New International Student Welcome event. This event provides you with the information you need to be successful in your program as you transition to your new life in Canada. Gather information specifically tailored to the unique needs of international students at Sask Polytech.
Join the session to learn about:
- Immigration documents: study permit conditions and work eligibility
- Settling in Saskatchewan: Saskatchewan health card, SGI driver’s license and SIN number
- Studying: conduct and expectation
- Supports available to students
We encourage you to attend the in-person welcome event to connect with fellow students, faculty and staff, and to get familiar with your campus. The sessions will be followed by a luncheon. If you are not able to join us in person, you may register for the virtual session.
