Get a head start on your learning journey. Our New International Student Welcome event will provide you with the information you need to be successful in your program as you transition to your new life in Canada. The information at this event is specifically tailored to the unique needs of international students at Sask Polytech.
Join us to learn about:
- Immigration documents: study permit conditions and work eligibility.
- Settling in Saskatchewan: Saskatchewan health card, SGI driver’s license and social insurance number (SIN).
- Studying: conduct and expectations.
- Supports available to students.
Refreshments will be served during the session.
Dates and locations
The New International Student Welcome at Prince Albert campus is scheduled by program and takes place during regular class hours. You do not need to register.
Students attending Moose Jaw, Regina or Saskatoon campuses must pre-register.
