As a Saskatchewan Polytechnic student, you can access personal and academic counselling services. Attending counselling is voluntary, confidential and free. Support is offered in-person, through Zoom or by phone. It can be brief or ongoing, and additional community resources may be suggested.

Our counsellors are here for you. Students come into counselling for a variety of reasons. We provide a safe space to listen to your concerns, help you recognize your strengths and teach you coping skills to support your wellbeing. Indigenous counsellors are available upon request.

View our session information page to learn more about common reasons students seek counselling, confidentiality, appointment availability, session details and more.
