Saskatchewan Polytechnic offers a range of mental health and wellness supports to help you manage stress, anxiety and life challenges.
To offer a variety of support options while prioritizing student care and safety,
our well-being and counselling team uses a stepped care model. This gives you the
right kind of help based on what you need at the time. If your needs change, you can
step up to more support or step down to less.
Support available at every step
If you are in crisis and need urgent mental health support, call or text the Suicide Crisis Helpline at 988.
Anonymous online mental health community
Togetherall is a free, anonymous online peer-support community available 24/7 where you can share how you are feeling, listen and be heard. Togetherall is the only online peer-support community that is moderated 24/7 by fully trained mental health professionals and led by an on-duty clinical team. You can find courses specific to your concerns and learn techniques to proactively manage your mental health.
