The Equity, Diversity, Inclusion (EDI) and Reconciliation Strategy 2025-30 fosters an inclusive community where everyone belongs and thrives.

The strategy was developed to ensure that equity, diversity, inclusion and reconciliation are embedded in every aspect of our institution. It aligns with our core values of respect, integrity, sustainability and excellence. It supports our mission to inspire success in every learning journey.

The EDI and Reconciliation Strategy is guided by the principle of miyo wâhkôhtowin, emphasizing the importance of good relations and interconnectedness. We are dedicated to creating an environment where all members of our community feel welcomed, supported and valued.
