This distance course is designed for individuals who operate a small water treatment and distribution system. The course will introduce the individual to the basics of groundwater treatment, disinfection, water testing, pumps and distribution system components. This course is intended to prepare students to write the Provincial Operators Certification exam for Water/Wastewater Certification, but the course does not include the certification test. The Provincial Test can be ordered through your Regional College or at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Testing Centers.
