This course is designed to give the technician in a repair shop the necessary knowledge to carry out the SGI inspection procedure as it pertains to school buses. Discussion includes latest changes to inspection criteria as well as live demonstrations and shop exercises. There will be an exam at the conclusion of the course with a 75% pass requirement. The course is 32 hours in length and consists of classroom lecture and in-shop activities on actual units.
