This self-paced course gives you the skills to guide a small or medium project from start to finish. You will start with a review of project management before proceeding to how to execute the plan by keeping it on track and on task. You will learn about the four components of a communications plan and how to control any project changes that arise. You will learn about status meetings and issues management before ending up at the logical conclusion - how to close a project. All activities and assessments need to be completed in order to be eligible for a Statement of Achievement.
