Managing Pressure (TRSL-1208)

This self-paced course will help participants understand the causes of workplace pressure, the benefits of creating balance, and how to identify pressure point. You will also learn how to apply emotional intelligence, increase optimism and resilience and develop strategies for getting ahead. All activities and assessments need to be completed in order to be eligible for a Statement of Achievement.
