Your studies will focus on an overview of leadership and management in the perioperative and medical device reprocessing areas. You will examine the basics of planning, communication, human resource management, quality management, quality improvement and fiscal management using evidence based practices and resources. The course will also examine management and leadership practices specific to both the medical device reprocessing and perioperative environment.
