Influence and Persuasion (TRSL-1213)
If you want a raise, sometimes you need to persuade your boss. If you want to convince your team to adopt a change, help your staff make choices, or choose the best place for lunch, often influence is involved. In this self-paced course you will learning how persuasion differs from manipulation, how to apply techniques of persuasion and influence, getting convincing conversations and presentations underway, and using storytelling techniques to extend influence. All activities and assessments need to be completed in order to be eligible for a Statement of Achievement.
