"Ages 13-15 Half Day Camp - Get your hands dirty in this fun introduction to auto mechanics and auto body work. You’ll learn the basics of vehicle maintenance – from changing oil to changing a tire, checking fluids and jumpstarting a dead battery. You’ll also learn how to repair minor collision damage, align panels such as doors and the hood and even refinish a vehicle panel to take home at the end of the camp. NOTE: Campers are required to bring gloves, coveralls and safety glasses. Learning Outcomes: Building friendships and social skills, developing resiliency and confidence, learning the values of leadership, continuing education in the summer, experiencing the trades."
