This self-paced course will provide you with an understanding of the impact of your communication skills on others, while exploring the different ways in which developing these skills can make it easier for them to succeed in the office and beyond. You will learn about common communication problems, skills to ask questions, what non-verbal messages are saying, how to listen actively and empathetically to others, and how to handle difficult situations. All activities and assessments need to be completed in order to be eligible for a Statement of Achievement.
