This course will examine complex organizations and consolidating multiple budgets through teaching activities and in-class exercises. You will be introduced to Zero-based budgets and responsibility accounting using master and flexible budgets and variance Analysis. Completion of the Budget Basics course is not a requirement but will benefit your understanding. A working knowledge of Excel is required.
