This course packages three courses together to develop comprehensive bookkeeping skills. You will learn to manage financial records including journal entries and understand the accounting cycle (BKPG 1600: Managing Financial Records); bank reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, statement preparation, and developing a business plan (BKPG 1602: Bookkeeping Practices); compliance matters such as employment standards, payroll, taxes; and CRA compliance requirements (BKPG 1601: Bookkeeping Compliance).
