Arts & Science of Participation (FATR-1622)

This six-day intensive will dramatically improve your ability to facilitate any group more effectively by strengthening your skills and increasing your confidence. Through the use of facilitation practice and feedback, you will learn core skills and theory to make the practical links between a number of facilitation tools and methods. You will receive tutoring on how to design and implement effective facilitation processes for complex and challenging situations. This course has been endorsed by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) as part of the Professional Facilitator Program which leads you to become a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF).
