This six day intensive facilitation course will dramatically improve your ability to facilitate groups effectively in your organization and community. It includes: practice and feedback in designing your own complex consultations and meetings; opportunities for you to facilitate group processes, followed by extensive peer feedback; tutoring with master ICA/ToP facilitators; and the philosophy behind ToP methods. You will gain a deep understanding of the principles of facilitation; receive advice on case studies brought by participants; and have access to individual tutoring through a low student-teacher ratio. The Art and Science of Participation is an important component of the Professional Facilitator Program.
