Sask Polytech COVID Info

NEW On February 12, 2021, the Government of Canada announced further measures to support international students. These measures will assist international students by ensuring that studies completed outside Canada will count towards a future post-graduation work permit (PGWP), and by allowing international students to complete their entire program online from abroad and still be eligible for a PGWP. The measures apply to all international students who are enrolled in a PGWP-eligible program, and meet all other PGWP criteria.

The Government of Canada has amended federal government travel restrictions to allow international students to enter Canada starting October 20, 2020.

Saskatchewan Polytechnic is a designated learning institution with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan that complies with provincial and federal government guidelines.

As an international student, there will be pre-arrival requirements and a 14-day mandatory quarantine for you and any accompanying family member(s).
