Saskatchewan Polytechnic is excited to welcome students to campus this August.
Here are 10 tips to help you prepare for the fall 2023 semester!
- Get oriented! You’ve got orientation options at Sask Polytech, whether you prefer to go at your own pace with our self-guided orientation, attend a live Zoom session or join us in person. We’re offering in-person campus tours at all four campuses in August so you’ll be familiar with your surroundings when classes start. You can also check out our virtual 360-degree tours anytime.
- Log into mysaskpolytech—your personalized site to view grades, access online courses, check email, pay tuition and see other customized online services from Sask Polytech.
- Come explore Sask Polytech’s recently renovated campus stores for an improved in-person shopping experience. Place your orders online or visit in-person to purchase your textbooks and other materials early and check out the latest and freshly designed Sask Polytech gear and supplies.
- Connect with Library Services and Learning Services to learn more about the learning resources available to help you succeed in your studies. The earlier you connect the better—don’t leave it until exams!
- Plan out your fitness and other wellness activities to start the term with healthy habits. Download the Sask Polytech Fit & Rec app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. See details on our Fit & Rec page.
- Choose a locker and book it in mysaskpolytech. Find out more about locker rentals and direct locker inquiries to lockers@saskpolytech.ca.
- Decide how you’ll get to campus. Student parking is available with a daily, weekly or monthly pass, available on the HonkMobile app. Public transportation options are available to get to most campus locations. Visit Parking & Transit for details on parking access, maps and fees.
- Accessibility Services is committed to ensuring that equal access for students with disabilities is provided at Sask Polytech. Students in need of accommodations are encouraged to register with Accessibility Services as soon as possible. Students with disabilities, together with their accessibility consultant, work to identify the best solution for academic success.
