Promoting agricultural education & employment opportunities for young learnersCommunications and Marketing - November 29, 2018
November 29, 2018 – Saskatchewan Polytechnic and Sun West School Division teamed up on an Agricultural Equipment Technician boot camp for high school learners. Over 50 learners were in attendance. This follows the success of the partnership formed last spring between the Canada Equipment Dealers Foundation, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, Sun West School Division and the Western Equipment Dealers Association to introduce grade 11 and 12 learners to agricultural-related careers.
Saskatchewan Polytechnic and White Rabbit VR explore virtual reality trainingCommunications and Marketing - November 20, 2018
November 20, 2018 – Saskatchewan Polytechnic is partnering with White Rabbit VR (a division of Twisted Pair Productions) to explore virtual reality (VR) training opportunities for the Schools of Construction and Transportation. Both parties recently signed a memorandum of understanding to explore a virtual reality training pilot program.

Technology Accreditation Canada (TAC) presented the faculty at Saskatchewan Polytechnic certificates recognizing national program accreditation for fourteen engineering technology and applied science programs (see below).

Certified Collision Care recognizes Sask Polytech’s Auto Body Technician programs as market leaders that train students to repair vehicles to auto manufacturer specifications.
