Management's Role
Managers are responsible for dealing with harassment concerns. Employees and students are encouraged to inform the appropriate manager or supervisor of concerns they may have.
Resolution
- Most situations are addressed through individual coaching, facilitated problem solving or management intervention.
- Internal processes are intended to provide confidential assistance that stops the problem and, if possible, includes joint resolution of the concern.
- At times, an investigation of what has occurred may be necessary.
