Questions and answers for locker rentals.
Booking details and terms
You will need a Sask Polytech email and password to login to mySaskPolytech to access the locker rental site.
Visit campus before you book your locker and ensure you know where your program/class is so you can choose your locker accordingly. If you select and pay for a locker then need to change locker locations, a change fee of $25 will be charged.
Log in to mySaskPolytech, click on the Campus Info icon on the main student page, then select the Lockers icon. Once the Online Locker Rental page opens, click on Log In. You will automatically be directed to the home page.
Login to mySaskPolytech, click on the Campus Info icon on the main student page, then select the Lockers icon. Once the Online Locker Rental page opens, click on Log In. You will automatically be directed to the home page.
- Select: + New Rental
- Select a rental start date
- Choose the Building that you will require a locker in
- Choose the Floor
- Choose a Locker Bank and hit the Search button
- You can refer to the facility locker map located below the locker type
- Choose an available locker from the list then click the Next button
- Choose a Rental term
- Read and accept the terms and conditions
- Enter your payment information
- Upon submitting your locker request, you will receive a confirmation email and your locker will be displayed on the Home page.
Yes, you will need a Sask Polytech email and mySaskPolytech account to login to book a locker.
Lockers can be rented for the full academic year or per semester/term. An eight (8) week rental option is also available for apprenticeship students.
Day lockers are only available in SIM lab areas only for students attending those labs. Students will require their own lock. You are not able to book day lockers online through this booking method.
On the Student home page, under your active rentals, click Return. Enter Return in the box and enter the reason for your return. Upon submitting your request, the locker will be removed from your list. We do not offer refunds for locker returns.
On the Student home page, under your active rentals, click Renew. Select the rental term. Complete the payment process. Your renewed locker will appear on the student home page and you will receive a confirmation email.
Lockers can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Each semester/term has pre-set start and end dates. The monthly apprenticeship term runs 30 days from the selected start date.
Yes. You can use any device that connects to the internet to access the locker rental site. However, Chrome is the preferred browser. Some devices or browsers may display the site and content differently or components (such as maps) may not be accessible.
Fees and payments
We have several options for locker rental terms based on the needs of our students.
- Academic year: $60
- Eight weeks (Apprenticeship students only): $20
- Semester/term: $35
All rentals are subject to GST.
Locks and combinations
Example combination number 21-13-34. Follow these steps:
- Firmly push the handles all the way into the base
- Turn three whole turns to the right and stop at the first number (21)
- Turn one whole turn to the left all the way around once, then stop at the second number (13)
- Turn right and stop at the last number (34)
Send an email to lockers@saskpolytech.ca. Include your name, campus, student ID and locker number. We will attempt to rectify the situation and notify you when the locker is accessible again.
Yes, we offer alternative lock styles. Push key locks are available to students with limited dexterity, difficulty remembering combinations or visual impairments. Simple combo locks are available to students with difficulty remembering combinations but who don‘t have dexterity challenges. If you require access to one of these lock styles, email lockers@saskpolytech.ca. Please include your full name, student ID number and campus location.
