Saskatchewan Polytechnic Official Documents

From transcripts and parchments to enrolment verification and course outlines, this page outlines how to request and access your official academic documents.

Sask Polytech offers both full-time and part-time study options. If you completed courses through part-time studies, your path to graduation and eligibility for official documents like parchments may differ. In some part-time programs, you must apply to the program or apply to graduate before official documents are issued.

Transcripts

Sask Polytech offers official, digital transcripts for a fee through MyCreds™.  For more information about this national, shared service and platform, visit our MyCreds™ page.

To make an online request for your official Sask Polytech transcript or view unofficial transcripts, log in to mySaskPolytech and choose an option on the Enrolment Services card.

If your education is prior to 1994 or you are unable to complete an online request, you may complete a document request (pdf) for a printed transcript and submit to us by mail, fax or email.

Part-time students:
  • If you completed individual courses without being admitted to a program, your transcript will list completed courses but may not indicate a credential until you are formally admitted and/or approved for graduation (if required).

Parchments

A parchment is the official document confirming you have completed your program at Sask Polytech. Ensure all outstanding fees on your student account are paid, as official documents cannot be released until your balance is cleared.

  • Continuing Education and part-time students:
    • For some programs, you must submit an Application for Graduation (pdf) after completing all required courses. Graduation fees may apply. Check the part-time section of your program page for details.
    • If you applied to the program before or during your studies, you do not need to apply to graduate again. Your eligibility will be assessed automatically.
  • Full-time, on-campus students:
    • No application required. Your eligibility is assessed automatically.

Enrolment verification

Sask Polytech registers students four to six weeks before classes begin. Once you’re officially enrolled, you can request your enrolment verification via your mySaskPolytech account.

You are enrolled if either of the following is true:

  • Your courses appear in Brightspace or;
  • Your courses are listed in mySaskPolytech

If your courses aren’t yet visible, registration is still in progress.

For part-time studies, enrolment is based on course registration and does not necessarily indicate admission to a program.

Once you can see your courses, request an enrolment verification through the Enrolment Services card on mySaskPolytech.

A free, unofficial copy will be posted to your myElectronicLetters on the Enrolment Services card via mySaskPolytech within the same business day. You can open, download or email the PDF.

Your official copy will automatically be uploaded to MyCreds. You will receive an email to your Sask Polytech email address with instructions on how to access the official letter. A share fee applies for official documents.
