You will learn how to collect and safely handle blood samples. There is an emphasis on maintenance of sample integrity. You will practice venipuncture on a variety of simulation training aids. You will perform venipuncture with direct instructor supervision and then hone your skills on a variety of adult patients in a clinical setting. Open to Allied Health Care Professionals only. Must provide proof of designation prior to registering.
