Emotional Intelligence (TRSL-1207)

Emotional intelligence, also called EQ, is the ability to be aware of and to manage emotions and relationships. It's a pivotal factor in personal and professional success. This course will teach you about topics such as how emotional health and physical health are related, techniques for using emotional intelligence in the workplace, how to understand different emotions and manage them, how to create a personal vision statement and how to validate emotions in others. This course is available in a workshop and self-paced online. All activities and assessments need to be completed in order to be eligible for a Statement of Achievement.
