Basement Develop/ Wall Framing (HOME-1404)

In this course, students will learn how to plan and prepare for basement development. This will include obtaining the proper permits and learning what materials and tools are needed. Students will learn to how to prepare a foundation, and will be expected to complete a project to build a 10' x 10' exterior frame foundation wall, with intersecting 8 foot interior walls, which will include an interior door opening. Students will need to bring CSA Approved steel toed footwear. All other tools and materials and safety items will be supplied. For more information contact: flexible.learning@saskpolytech.ca
