Welcome to Wine & Dine Saskatoon, where hospitality flourishes through the heartfelt dedication of our Hospitality Management students. Our aim is to surpass your dining expectations by perfecting the art of hospitality. From the moment you arrive, our students are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring your comfort, satisfaction, and an enriching experience. Dates:

Seating is limited to 35 guests per evening, so book early to save your seat. 

Thank you for your overwhelming response. We are almost sold out. We only have availability on April 8 and 15.

Reservations

We primarily offer tables of two or four and have a few tables of six available. 

Online booking isn’t available for groups larger than six. Please email Sheldene Matyczuk at sheldene.matyczuk@saskpolytech.ca to arrange your reservation.

Menu

We will be offering a three-course menu with choices for starter, main and dessert.

$49 per person. Beverages are available at an additional cost.

Soup of the Moment
  • Chef's rotating seasonal selection.
Caesar Salad
  • Baby romaine, parmesan, croutons, anchovy vinaigrette.
Beet Salad (G/F)
  • Beet carpaccio, arugula, goat cheese, candied pecans, lemon vinaigrette.
Choice of one.

Penne ­­a la Vodka (V)
  • Tomato, double cream, Lucky Bastard Vodka, parmesan cheese.
Pan-seared Diefenbaker Trout (G/F)
  • Seasonal vegetables, lemon beurre blanc.
Chicken Parmesan
  • Breaded chicken, San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, served with penne pomodoro.
Red Wine Braised Beef Short Rib (G/F)
  • Garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables.
Choice of one.

Chocolate Tart (Vegan, G/F)
  • Dark chocolate ganache, berry compote.
Classic Crème Brûlée (G/F)

Sticky Toffee Pudding
  • With vanilla ice cream.
