hospitality. From the moment you arrive, our students are wholeheartedly committed

Reservations
We primarily offer tables of two or four and have a few tables of six available.
Online booking isn’t available for groups larger than six. Please email Sheldene Matyczuk at sheldene.matyczuk@saskpolytech.ca to arrange your reservation.
Menu
We will be offering a three-course menu with choices for starter, main and dessert.
$49 per person. Beverages are available at an additional cost.
First course
Soup of the Moment
- Chef's rotating seasonal selection.
- Baby romaine, parmesan, croutons, anchovy vinaigrette.
- Beet carpaccio, arugula, goat cheese, candied pecans, lemon vinaigrette.
Main course
Penne a la Vodka (V)
- Tomato, double cream, Lucky Bastard Vodka, parmesan cheese.
- Seasonal vegetables, lemon beurre blanc.
- Breaded chicken, San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, served with penne pomodoro.
- Garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables.
Dessert
Chocolate Tart (Vegan, G/F)
- Dark chocolate ganache, berry compote.
Sticky Toffee Pudding
- With vanilla ice cream.
