Signature soup and salad
- Creamy potato and vegetable chowder with Diefenbaker steelhead trout.
- Mixed greens, local farmed chickpeas, candied pinenuts and tangy Saskatoon vinagirette.
Appetizers
- Fried Saskatchewan grain risotto with roasted red pepper sauce.
- Roasted red pepper hummus with seasonal roasted veggies and garlic butter naan.
- Romesco, grilled chicken, peppers, cheese, house made chimmichuri and micro herbs.
- Slow braised bison, cheese, fried corn tortilla, house made chimmichuri, salsa fresca and cilantro.
Entrees
- Linguine pasta, creamy butter chicken sauce, with traditional Indian spices, tandoori chicken, cilantro and garlic butter naan.
- L & G spice rubbed Diefenbaker steelhead trout with Saskatchewan grain risotto.
- Russian style rice pilaf stuffed peppers with locally grown wild rice and veggies. With roasted red pepper sauce.
- L&G spice rubbed bison short rib with garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.

- New York-style cheese cake with Saskatoon berries.
- Chocolate pot de creme with red wine poached prairie cherries and mascarpone whip cream.
