May 11, 2018 – CAE, the City of Moose Jaw and Saskatchewan Polytechnic signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today that will explore the development of an Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) training program at Sask Polytech’s Moose Jaw Campus.
“We’re hopeful that a drone training program can take flight in Moose Jaw,” says Fraser Tolmie, City of Moose Jaw mayor. “We appreciate Saskatchewan Polytechnic’s commitment to expanding their range of learning opportunities at their Moose Jaw Campus, and appreciate the expertise and guidance to be provided by CAE. This MOU is also a positive step towards enhancing the profile of the Moose Jaw Municipal Airport.”
