After hiding his struggle for more than three years, and once attempting to take his own life at a time everyone thought he should be on top of the world, he reached out to a team trainer and got the help he needed.

Today, Hirsch is a mental wellness advocate dedicated to ending the stigma around mental health. In sharing his personal experience with mental illness, hope and healing, Hirsch provides numerous take aways and steps to seek help, improve mental health and help others.
