Donelson has faced many life-altering challenges, including having his professional
football career end prematurely due to a severe head and eye injury. Using his inspirational

motivational interviewing and employment counselling, Donelson will help you understand
the tools and mindset required to help overcome the obstacles preventing you from
owning the competitive edge needed to reach your true potential.
“What we feel within those different moments in life will affect our actions and choices
we make. Be present, even in those challenging moments. Be relentless with your mindset,
no matter what you go through. It’s your moment, your time!” - Ventson Donelson
