When life sends you spiralling to a negative place how do you refocus, set new goals and dreams and rise again to find new and exciting success? Join Ventson Donelson to hear how you can make every moment count—even the ones you’d prefer not to go through.

Donelson has faced many life-altering challenges, including having his professional football career end prematurely due to a severe head and eye injury. Using his inspirational story and over 30 years of national and international experience with life coaching, motivational interviewing and employment counselling, Donelson will help you understand the tools and mindset required to help overcome the obstacles preventing you from owning the competitive edge needed to reach your true potential.

“What we feel within those different moments in life will affect our actions and choices we make. Be present, even in those challenging moments. Be relentless with your mindset, no matter what you go through. It’s your moment, your time!” - Ventson Donelson
