About Amy Seesequasis: Amy Seesequasis has been with the Office of the Treaty Commission (OTC) since 2012, and has served in various capacities and departments within the organization . She brings a wealth of knowledge on Treaty Education, Indigenous history and awareness and the Land Sharing Network. Amy describes herself as a seeker and sharer of knowledge. an artist and storyteller and dancer. She is part of the Creeland Dancers, an Indigenous dance troupe formed in 1984 and that specializes in a fusion of Métis jigging and square dancing. She will include some education about the dance style and importance of the day for Metis people before offering a dance demonstration.
