Welcome to P2INACLE — Where innovation meets impact

Pronounced “pinnacle” and short for Prairie Polytechnic Innovation Network Accelerating Commercialization for Local Ecosystems, P2INACLE is a catalyst for transforming ideas into real-world solutions.

Six polytechnics, one vision

P2INACLE is an applied research network bringing together six polytechnics across the Canadian Prairies—NAIT, Northwestern Polytechnic, Red Deer Polytechnic, RRC Polytech, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, and SAIT—to help industry by sparking innovation, accelerating commercialization and fueling economic growth with social impact.

What we do

P2INACLE works with businesses, associations, governments and funding organizations to accelerate innovation across the Prairies.

By connecting industry with applied research expertise, specialized facilities and skilled talent, we provide practical, industry-driven solutions at the speed of business. We don’t just talk innovation—we deliver it.

Strategic sectors and research expertise

P2INACLE drives innovation across three strategic sectors advancing solutions that create lasting economic and social impact. 

P2INACLE offers cross-sector applied research expertise that helps organizations innovate, adapt and compete. 

In 2025-26, P2INACLE supported more than 200 industries, delivered over 600 unique training opportunities and helped sustain nearly 70 jobs across the Prairie region.
