You will develop strategies and processes related to creating and fostering an evolving workplace culture that supports innovation, change, quality and learning to result in harmony between the organization’s needs and employee’s expectations while remaining consistent with the organization’s business plan. Course content includes an overview of business planning, corporate culture, quality management and the emerging role of the employer and human resource support systems.
