In this course, you will learn about the concepts of cognitive behavioural therapy, enhance your understanding of this model and apply the evidence based counselling intervention of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The course will present an overview of the model; examine key concepts; outline the therapeutic process, including goals and the therapist's function and roles; and explore the application of the cognitive behavioural model.
