Facilitation Workshops and Certification with ICA Associates

Prepare to become a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) by taking the following three ICA courses at a substantial savings from Sask Polytech:

  • Group Facilitation
  • Meetings that Work
  • Professional Client Collaboration

ICA Associates is a facilitation, training and research organization that provides effective participatory facilitation skills training in Canada, USA and Europe. These three ICA courses will  provide you with the competencies and educational background required by the International Association of Facilitators for their CPF certification. After completing these courses, you will complete a competency-based assessment (practicum) with IAF to earn your Certified Professional Facilitator credential.

Group Facilitation and/or Meetings that Work workshops can be customized and delivered in your corporate environment. For more information on the new facilitation credential, corporate training or any of the ICA workshops, contact:

Facilitators must be able to lead longer term interventions for their clients such as consultations, planning, conferences and change initiatives. You will learn how to confidently assess, manage and facilitate these interventions by creating them collaboratively with a client team. In this course you will learn the practical approaches and skills to tackle the complex work from contracting to evaluation.
