Is it time for you to start planning for the career of your future? Have you always wanted to work with tools but haven't had the opportunity? Are you interested in technology but haven't had a chance to really try it out? Are you interested in investigating a career in a trade or technology field?
This Women in Trades Workshop is a hands-on career exploration opportunity for women 16+ offering an introduction to a variety of basic automotive and electrical skills. Course content includes: - Automotive - you will learn to perform a variety of vehicle checks, an oil and filter change, and a tire change. - Electrical - you will learn how to wire a light, a switch, and an electrical outlet.
