Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Prince Albert offers great ways to get healthy and get fit through recreational activities, intramurals, athletics, fitness opportunities and classes, Wellness Wednesdays, and much more
The WILD Volleyball men’s and women’s teams compete provincially in the Prairie Athletic Conference (PAC) League and interprovincially in the Western Canadian College Open Volleyball Championships. The PAC season is September to November.

Staff and students are welcome to use our well-equipped weight room and cardio room. There are lockers available to rent, showers and change rooms.
Join the fun and meet new friends with intramurals. Sign up individually or as a team and participate on Tuesdays and Thursdays at noon, free of charge.
Intramural leagues include:
- bocce ball
- floor hockey
- indoor and outdoor soccer
On the second Wednesday of each month, Wellness Wednesdays promote healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle with free snacks, informational handouts, recipes, and prizes.
Test your rock climbing skills on the 39 foot wide bouldering Rock Wall, located in our gymnasium.
Stop by the Recreation Office and check out the various equipment available for sign-out.
Check the Recreation bulletin boards for open gym times. Students and staff can enjoy walking in the gym at scheduled times. Participate in after school badminton, floor hockey or basketball.
