Project Management (MKTG-228CE)

You will learn the skills and techniques required to make an effective contribution to, and have an immediate impact on, successful projects. You will develop communication and team building skills to effectively manage a project. Your studies will include techniques and strategies for planning and estimating project costs and budgeting, for forming and managing a project life cycle and scheduling, and for allocating resources. You will develop the knowledge required to monitor project risks, to control and to close out a project. Through group participation in real-world and/or project simulation(s), you will gain a solid foundation in project management.
