Kids Cooking Camp (Advanced) (CE_BD-2006)

Youth between the ages of 11 – 14 will have an opportunity to take the next steps to becoming a chef. This week-long camp will include lessons in receipt development, layering of flavours, soups, sauces, braising, ethnic dishes, decorating and presentation. They will take their new skills, recipes and a hat and apron home too. Cooking classes will happen in the morning and the afternoon will be filled with outdoor activities, field trips and crafts.
