This class will help you transition from Windows 7 and teach you how to navigate the Windows 8 environment. Windows 8 is built on the rock-solid foundation of Windows 7 and has been designed so you can use older Windows 7 applications. Windows 8 bridges some of the gaps between your laptop or desktop and a variety of mobile devices. Because of these design changes, you will notice a change between Windows 7 & 8. Your PC will come to life and you will be “cloud-connected” with Windows 8, including your Start page, themes, language preferences and browsing history. Connect to your favourite services like Hotmail, Messenger, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, SkyDrive, Flickr and others. Find out about great apps you can try before you buy.

This class may be offered live on your personal computer if you have a webcam with a microphone, high speed internet and Windows 8. Call Rick Wagman at 306-775-7450 for more information.
