Advanced Project is for those who already have a good understanding of the basic features of Microsoft Project and want to find out more about this powerful business tool. In this course, you will build on your knowledge by learning about the specialized capabilities which will add to the functionality of your project. Topics include: cost control; work breakdown schedule, sub projects; resource allocation including shared resources; the complete range of alternative visual view of reports; and a demonstration of future considerations for Project – SharePoint, Visio and Project Server.
