You will focus on the major influences on employee engagement and the impact on individual managers and the organization. You will examine the importance of sound employee relationship practices in the role of reaching organizational objectives. You will look at equity and fairness, the influence of culture, diversity and equity, motivation, job design principles, performance management and occupational health and safety. You will research and develop a proposal that management can implement to enhance corporate employee engagement.
