This online course is designed for individuals who operate a Class 1 wastewater collection and treatment system. The course will introduce the individual to lagoon operation and maintenance, pumps, sewage collection system components, and collection system operation and maintenance. This course is intended to prepare students to write the Provincial Operators Certification exam for Water/Wastewater Certification, but the course does not include the certification test. The Provincial Test can be ordered through your Regional College or at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Testing Centers.
