Course provides practical guidance on how to plan & schedule projects. You will acquire the skills needed to create a new project; analyze & adjust schedules with date, dependency & resource constraints; customize & print Gantt Chart views & reports; record & review task progress against the baseline. You will also acquire the necessary skills to customize & print high quality charts & reports for effective
communication of project plans. Hands-on exercises allow you to practice these skills.
Prerequisites: A general understanding of Windows is beneficial
