You will develop simple yet effective techniques to enhance your platform presence. Topics include overcoming speech anxiety, presentation formats (what to use and when), the impact your appearance has, use and misuse of gestures, handling difficult questions and troubleshooting unexpected problems. If you plan on using PowerPoint for your presentations, we suggest that you consider taking the Microsoft PowerPoint Workshop offered through Computer Training at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Regina campus. It will provide you with the technical tools that you need for a professional presentation.
