Health Services Non-Credit Courses


Are you stressed? Have trouble relaxing? A Canadian Reiki Association Reiki Master will lead you through the Usui System of Natural healing; practical hands-on self-care techniques for creating mind/body balance. You will have the opportunity to attend regular monthly meetings of a Reiki circle to practice skills and seek guidance from a mentor Reiki Master. This is an opportunity to experience the art and science of self care in a small group. Instructor: Darlene McGrath, B Ed, RT-CRA.

You should bring drinking water, a bag lunch and a snack to share. For 24 hours before the course and during the course, you should not use alcohol or recreational drugs and limit consumption of caffeine. Dress comfortably in layers.
