Your clinical experience will build on the skills developed in Clinical
Coding 1 (CLIN 257). You will focus on coding with the International
Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th
revision, Canada/Canadian Classification of Health Interventions (ICD-
10-CA/CCI). You will study body systems including: digestive,
hepatobiliary, urinary, reproductive, nervous, special senses and endocrine systems. You will examine nutritional, metabolic, mental and behavioural disorder cases. You will also learn how to abstract data.
