Module 1 is a prerequisite to all other modules in the program and should be
taken first. You will learn the “four musts” of supervision, along with your
function, roles and responsibilities as a supervisor. You will learn about
organizational structure, line and staff relationships, leadership, motivation and group dynamics. You will have the opportunity to analyze and relate these concepts to your organization.
